Welcome to Ghora's personal website. This is a bit of copy about him. Ghora is a market data analysis staff of Assistant to Deputy Minister for Domestic Tourism Marketing Development, Ministry of Tourism. He starts his career as a civil servant and dedicates his expertise in marketing and communication strategic to Indonesia’s tourism development.
Prior to joining the ministry in June 2015, he was an associate at Weber Shandwick, one of the world’s leading global communications and engagement firms, was named 2016 PR Agency of the Year and Large PR Agency of the Year at the PRWeek U.S. Awards. This is the second consecutive year the firm has been awarded both of these top industry distinctions. During two years, Ghora help the team to handle severe clients like General Motors Indonesia (Chevrolet), Panasonic, Facebook, Instagram, and Ion Orchard Singapore (social media activation).
He graduated with cumlaude from Gadjah Mada University in Communication Sciences, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. During his study, he actively joined to advertising competition and won Gold Winner at Pekan Komunikasi Universitas Indonesia in March 2012. He was elected as The Best 30 Paper writer that had a chance to present his paper at Indonesian Scholars International Convention at King’s College London, United Kingdom in November 2013.
Now, he is focusing on writing as his hobby and is developing his personal website to make its digital home. Being an employee is so monotonous for him, then he decide to start his own business that it’s still ongoing progress. In social areas, he is working with his partner to re-build and re-brand Padakacarma, the youth community in Yogyakarta to be bold as the leading of young learning center that help students and teenagers are able to escalate their ability in writing and networking skills.
